The Sweetheart Necklace by Anomaly Jewelry! Gift this necklace to your sweetie, or, perhaps you yourself are the sweetheart. I wear mine stacked with the Fucker Necklace, ever a reminder of both my salty and sweet sides.
The Sweetheart Necklace is not only a symbol of love and affection but also carries a rich historical significance inspired by the cherished tradition of sweetheart jewelry in America during wartime.
During times of conflict, particularly in the early to mid-20th century, many soldiers serving overseas sought comfort and connection through tokens of affection from their loved ones back home. Sweetheart jewelry became a poignant way for couples to maintain a tangible reminder of their devotion despite being separated by distance and uncertainty.
Our "Sweetheart" Necklace pays homage to this meaningful tradition with its spellbinding design. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, each letter is delicately shaped and adorned with intricate patterns that capture the essence of a bygone era.
Materials:
Silver Tone: White brass charm on a stainless steel chain
Gold Tone: Brass charm on a gold plated, stainless steel chain
Sterling Silver: all parts are sterling silver
The base metals I use (Silver Tone and Gold Tone) are both 100% brass. White brass is a metallic alloy that is made of copper and zinc. There is no nickel in any of our jewelry. For more information on the metals I use, please see the FAQ's.
